What weacon is
Weacon brings notes, plans, tasks and project documents into one working loop. A note can become a proposed plan, a plan can become work, and completed work can update the documentation that explains it.
The product is deliberately small and opinionated. It favors a clear project horizon and named stages over a large configuration surface.
Why it exists
Most teams do not lose information because they lack another place to store it. They lose it when a decision in a meeting, the work that follows and the document that should explain the result drift into separate systems.

A product with a point of view
Weacon is a better fit for a small or mid-sized project team that values low setup and current documentation. Larger organisations with extensive governance, custom workflows or deep reporting may need a more configurable platform.
That boundary is intentional. A product is more useful when it is clear about the work it is designed to help with.
