Is weacon as fast as Linear?

No. Very little is. weacon is quick and keyboard-friendly, but Linear’s speed is a deliberate, deep engineering investment and we would not claim parity.

Can weacon handle engineering work?

Yes — stages, assignees, horizons and sub-tasks cover normal delivery. What it does not do is model cycles, velocity or a formal triage queue.

Do notes really replace writing issues?

Mostly. The note produces proposals; you approve, edit or dismiss them. Teams still create tasks by hand when it is faster to type one than to explain it.
